SIREN SONG
The mezzosoprano Claudia Schneider, who served as a model for the staging of Le grand macabre, performed compositions by Carles Santos and Mariona Castelar with lyrics by Mª Mercè Marçal, accompanied by the guitar of Diego Caicedo, who also offered us improvisations on Ligeti. A warm voice and a solid presence that can travel from Baroque opera to the most ground-breaking contemporaneity.
